Spoiler alert: You don’t have to burn it all down to pivot. Sometimes, all you need is a reset.

After taking a full month off in August, I came back with clarity, a refreshed vision, and a quiet little shift I’m finally ready to share:

Simplified Marketing Services is now Bee Simplified.

This wasn’t a dramatic overhaul as my values, voice, and mission are still the same. But this shift reflects where I am right now in business and in life.

And if you’re a financial professional feeling like your business or marketing is a little “off,” this might just resonate with you too.

The Backstory: From Hustle Mode to Human First

When I first launched this business, it was called Simplified VA Services. We did everything: virtual assistant tasks, admin support, you name it. Then it evolved into Simplified Marketing Services, focusing solely on digital marketing for financial professionals.

Like many of you, I thought I was supposed to grow the team, build the agency, scale fast, and hit that golden six or seven-figure mark.

And I did.

At one point, we had 6–8 team members and a growing list of amazing clients. But somewhere in the momentum, I realized something: It didn’t feel like me anymore.

Instead of strategizing and connecting deeply with clients, I was managing people, delegating tasks, and stuck in operations. And while my team was incredible, the role I had built for myself wasn’t aligned with what I loved most, helping financial pros build marketing that actually fits their life.

The Shift: A Reset, Not a Redo

This rebrand isn’t about changing everything, it’s about realigning.

✨  Bee is personal. It’s what my friends and family call me.
✨ Simplified is the core of everything I teach and believe in.

Together, Bee Simplified is a reminder: you get to do business your way. With intention. With boundaries. With your whole life in mind, not just your highlight reel on LinkedIn.

You Can Pivot Without Apologizing

Changing direction after “success” is hard. For two years, I knew I wanted to pivot, but I was scared. I thought stepping away from the agency model meant I failed.

But now? I know it meant I succeeded just not in the way the online business world tries to define it.

In this next chapter, I’m doing less, but going deeper. I’m bringing more heart into the strategy. More one-on-one time with the clients who truly value that. And more freedom in how I work and show up.

Because yes, you’re a financial professional. But you’re also a whole person with a family, a life, and dreams outside your business.

So… What Does This Mean for You?

If you’re reading this and nodding your head, here’s what you need to know:

🌀 You might be due for a marketing reset.

Just like I reset my life and business, your marketing might need one too. And I don’t mean wiping the slate clean. I mean slowing down, re-evaluating what’s working, what’s not, and what actually aligns with your business today.

Think of it like a Sunday reset:

  • Clean up what’s no longer working

  • Prep for what’s ahead

  • Add in some ease and intention

Your business evolves and your marketing should too.

What Financial Pros Actually Need in 2025

You don’t need to be a full-time content creator.

You need:

  • ✨ A few solid posts per week (2–4 max)

  • ✨ Clear messaging that reflects your voice and values

  • ✨ Connection > constant posting

  • ✨ A marketing strategy that supports your business goals not someone else’s version of success

In 2025, social media is less about virality and more about visibility with purpose. And when you build real relationships online (especially on platforms like LinkedIn), that is what creates traction.

A Real-Life Client Shift

One of my clients recently came to me ready to revamp everything messaging, brand, website, the whole thing. While I usually handle social media, this needed a deeper strategy.

We paused. I listened. I thought it through.

What we created wasn’t a quick fix. It was a realigned vision and it gave her the clarity she’d been searching for.

That’s why I do this. Because slowing down to get it right > rushing to get it done.

You Deserve Marketing That Works For You

You don’t have to do it like everyone else.

Whether you want to:

  • Show up as a thought leader

  • Just keep your brand active and professional

  • Or finally hand things off to someone who gets the financial space

…I’ve got you.

Our packages are custom because no two firms are the same. And as part of this rebrand, I’ve lowered our base package from $1500 to $1000 to reflect the more hands-on, 1:1 approach I’m offering now.

Yup less quantity. More quality. Always strategic.
